At present we have close to 10,000 people in the USA who take the image of Mary, as the Mother Thrice Admirable of Schoenstatt, from home to home, to schools, parishes, nursing homes, and even jails. The commitment of these people speaks of a missionary spirit that answers positively to the call from our present Holy Father, Pope Francis, to go out into the periphery and accompany those who suffer, those who have gone astray and those who are in need of our support and prayers.
Each of these missionaries commits him or herself to make sure that the image of Mary with her child Jesus, rotates among 6 to 10 families or individuals in the period of a month. The image of the Mother Thrice Admirable, Queen, and Victress of Schoenstatt belongs to the Schoenstatt Rosary Campaign. Each missionary should either renew the commitment with the Schoenstatt Rosary Campaign after a year, or return the image, so that someone else may continue her journey. Hence, the image cannot be purchased. The missionary may give a donation to cover the cost of manufacture and shipping. However, the printed material that comes along with the image has a cost.
Each image is blessed and sent from the International Shrine of the Father Kingdom in order to bring the graces from the Schoenstatt Shrine to the families who receive her, pray the Rosary before her image, and entrust their prayers to her intercessory power. These graces are: the grace of being at home in God, of inner transformation and apostolic zeal and fruitfulness. As Mother of God, of the Redeemer and Mother of the Redeemed, she blesses our homes with her presence, just as she did at the house of her cousin Elizabeth. (Luke 1:42-43)
