Letter

Dear Missionaries and Coordinators of the Schoenstatt Rosary Campaign,

Many greetings from our Shrine during this time of Lent and on this Covenant day within this jubilee year 2014!

Yes, indeed, the jubilee year is here! When we met back in October 2013 at the opening of this grace-filled time, we looked ahead to our annual convention and decided that it would be the best opportunity to celebrate Schoenstatt’s centennial as missionaries and coordinators of the Rosary Campaign.

Our National Annual Convention of the Schoenstatt Rosary Campaign will take place from

Thursday, June 19 to Sunday, June 22, 2014.

Here are some important details you need to know:

Registration

The Schoenstatt Retreat Center opens its doors for us from supper on Thursday until Sunday at lunch for a cost of $170.00. We are making arrangements at one of the nearby colleges for those who come by bus with larger groups. Overnight accommodations, meals, and registration fee are covered within this price of $170.00.

Individual commuters who plan to participate in only part of the convention must pay the registration fee of $15.00 plus any meals. When you call in your registration, please let us know for which meals you will be here and if there are any dietary restrictions.

Transportation

  • For those who come by bus, please let us know the estimated time of your arrival at our Center.  If you are coming by plane and are renting a car, please let us know the time of your arrival at our Center too.
  • For those who come by plane and need to be picked up at the airport, please provide the flight information for arrival and departure.
  • For those who commute from Milwaukee, please let us know the time and days you will be participating.

Commitment Renewal and Commissioning

Every year each missionary is called to renew his or her commitment with the Schoenstatt Rosary Campaign. We will certainly take time to renew our commitment and to send new missionaries out. For this reason, I would appreciate if you let us know in advance the number of images you need to take back to your states and the materials you need.

If you have any questions regarding these or any other aspects of the organization, please, contact your state coordinator or Sr. M. Isabel, (262) 522-4326.
