"She is the great Missionary, She will work miracles"

St. Vincent Palloti

Let us walk like you through life, let us mirror you forever: strong and noble, meek and mild, peace and love be our endeavor.

“Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb! And why is this granted to me that the mother of my Lord should come to me?

Luke 1, 42-43

“From Mary we learn to surrender to God’s Will in all things. From Mary we learn to trust even when all hope seems gone. From Mary we learn to love Christ her Son and the Son of God!”

John Paul II

A bit of history

The ‘Auxiliary Pilgrim’ is so called, because she assists the Original Pilgrim in her mission. Each Auxiliary Pilgrim is a faithful replica of the Original Pilgrim in size and shape.

Each Auxiliary Pilgrim Image is a daughter pilgrim Mother connected much more directly to Deacon João Pozzobon and the blessings given by Father Joseph Kentenich on August 4, 1951, since each one is a replica of the original one used by J. Pozzobon.

These images are destined for either a diocese, for a Diocesan Shrine or for a larger specific apostolate, under the responsability of a leader or a coordinator of a specific area. The first one was received by Deacon Ubaldo Pimentel in Santa maria, RS, Brazil, on August 12, 1979. They are identical replicas of the Original Pilgrim Image. They have the same dimenssions and shape.

According to the interpretation of Deacon João Pozzobon, the Auxiliary Images are a continuation of the blessing of the Founder of Schoenstatt, Fr. Joseph Kentenich, give to the apostolate of the Rosary Campaign in the Original Shrine on August 4, 1951. As an expression of its unity with the Original sources, all “Auxiliaries” are blessed at and leave from Santa Maria’s Schoenstatt Shrine, in Brazil, the place where this apostolate began.
